All of the rain, heat and humidity that comes with summer can accumulate mold in your basement, especially in low lying areas. All basements are predisposed to mold conditions due to natural accumulation of damp humid air in the dark stagnate spaces.

We would like to remind you to set up dehumidifiers in your basement and keep the air moving to minimize mold, mildew and odors. Generally the best practice is to set dehumidifiers to 50% humidity, keep the air moving, and keep temperatures near 70 degrees.
